Good Friday and Easter Sunday are perhaps the most significant days of the church calendar, and yet, in a real sense, we live our lives on Saturday, the day in between. Philip Yancey

Test Results

Who got test results today?

"I did. It was me."

Esther, we already knew you were perfectly knit together in my womb, just as God ordained for this family and His Glory. We already knew of your delicate beauty and decadent cuddles too.

Today we just learned that God is graciously continuing to do a new, different work through you. Baby doll, you will not have a lifetime of B6 supplementation and all which that involves. If you could understand you'd be smiling.

As much as you've gagged, thrown up and wailed over that tiny syringe of liquid these 13 days, you would be outright praising with us. Last night was the end, the last dose!

You inherited my mutation, thus are a carrier, but not Daddy's. You are healthy redemption baby! And I am in awe. The sweetness!

Oh what a day for weeping and humble praise.

To God be the glory,
Great things he has done!

  1. To God be the glory! He is good all the time, but celebrating today with you and praising Him for this different experience. May He continue to redeem what the locusts have eaten! Would love to get my hands on her! May call to come by and meet her when in Macon this fall for FPD games. Much love to all of you!
